Job Summary :

Shamoor Media Group is looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in campaign management, and the ability to handle client communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
  • Develop effective strategies to achieve campaign objectives (leads, sales, reach, engagement, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights.
  • Handle budget allocation, optimization, and pacing to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients to understand requirements and deliver expected results.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and ensure timely execution.
  • Lead and support team members when required.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Google & Meta Ads.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Good understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics.
  • Excellent client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong team-handling skills will be an added advantage.
