Internship Role

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn
Google & Meta Ads Intern
who has basic knowledge of paid ads and wants to build a strong career in performance marketing. This internship is ideal for candidates who understand the fundamentals of Google & Meta Ads and want hands-on experience managing real client campaigns.

You will be trained and guided by our team, and you will get exposure to live campaigns, tracking setups, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, etc.)
  • Support Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign setup and monitoring.
  • Help in setting up Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags, triggers, and tracking events.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
  • Assist in creating ad structures, ad copies, and basic A/B testing.
  • Monitor KPIs, collect data, and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy using GTM, Google Analytics, and pixels.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for improving ad performance.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads (course knowledge or small project experience is acceptable).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking basics (training will be provided).
  • Strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Good analytical mindset and willingness to learn data interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Any certifications (Google Ads / Meta Ads) are a plus.
  • Experience from college projects or personal ad accounts is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of landing pages & CRO.
  • Creative thinking for ad copy ideas.
