About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital advertising and data-driven marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of digital ads and a strong interest in learning Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, impressions, and conversions.
  • Support the team in preparing performance reports and insights using Excel/Sheets.
  • Help in creating ad copies, basic creatives, and landing page suggestions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design team to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and performance marketing trends.
  • Assist in A/B testing of ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or online advertising concepts.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Creative thinking with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google/META) is a plus.
