About Us:

MSP Support Services partners with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the US, UK, and Australia to help them scale through skilled staffing solutions — from dedicated IT engineers to experienced SDRs who generate qualified leads and set high-quality appointments.

We're expanding our in-house SDR team in
Mohali
and looking for driven, energetic professionals who thrive in a performance-based, international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential prospects in the MSP and IT services industry.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for the clients' sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with marketing and client success teams to refine messaging and strategy.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation (MSP experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM IST).
  • Confident making high-volume outbound calls and managing LinkedIn/email outreach.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work from our
    Mohali office
    (no remote option).
