We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative (MR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to healthcare providers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the medical community.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily calls, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in conferences, training programs, and marketing events as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
