Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our comprehensive portfolio of medical equipment and supplies.
- Manage and develop sales within assigned geographic territory or account base
- Create and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
- Prioritize daily activities to optimize time management and sales productivity
- Travel regularly throughout territory to meet with clients and prospects
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations,
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets consistently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including physicians, hospital administrators, purchasing managers, and clinical staff
- Provide ongoing account management and customer support to ensure client satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for technical support
- Act as trusted advisor on product selection, specifications, and applications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM system (Salesforce or similar)
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Track competitor activity and market intelligence
- Submit expense reports and manage territory budget responsibly
- Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Qualifications and Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
- Associate degree with relevant sales experience may be considered
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Medical equipment, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
