Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and field-active Sales Executive for our Advertising Agency in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in media sales (print, radio, digital), and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This is a field sales role involving regular client visits and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for advertising across print media, radio, digital platforms, and other media channels.
  • Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients for pitching services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand client requirements and present customized advertising solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for executing campaigns.
  • Maintain sales reports, pipelines, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely payments and closure of deals.
  • Stay updated with local market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in media/advertising sales (Print, Radio, Digital preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with field job and client visits.
  • Should have good market knowledge of Chandigarh & surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Own vehicle preferred.

Education:

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
