Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban. This junior-level role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to our sales strategies and operations, leveraging their expertise in international digital marketing, lead generation sales, and software development to drive business growth and engage with potential clients. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with cold calling and having a track record of initiating contact with potential clients and generating new business leads (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in B2B sales to effectively manage and close sales cycles within a business-to-business environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong account management skills to effectively nurture and grow client relationships over time (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer information, sales pipelines, and data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot for streamlining sales processes and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best terms and conditions for the company while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in market analysis to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and generate leads to increase the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to enhance business relationships and generate revenue.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer information for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective delivery of services.
  • Participate in industry-related events and networking opportunities to build a robust client network.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to contribute to strategic planning and enhancement of sales techniques.
