Position Summary:

The Sales Executive at Chhapai will be responsible for driving sales growth , maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our premium printing and packaging solutions. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting customized product offerings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, persuasive, and passionate about creative printing products, with a focus on achieving targets and enhancing brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries through online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Actively conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Chhapai's offerings.
  • Introduce and explain products and services clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and guide them in selecting suitable paper, design, packaging, and gifting options.
  • Follow up on leads persistently and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries and verticals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and progress trackers.
  • Attend industry events or exhibitions (if applicable) to network and generate leads.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in printing, design, advertising, packaging, or related creative industries.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A confident, self-motivated individual who can independently drive sales and manage client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and client visits.
  • A basic understanding of print/design processes (on-job training will be provided).
  • A results-oriented approach with strong follow-up and CRM discipline.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
