About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst to play a key role in gathering and translating requirements for both external client projects and internal product development. This position demands strong communication skills, analytical ability, and flexibility to travel as needed for client and stakeholder interactions.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and product requirements through interviews, workshops, and site visits.
  • Understand and map business processes for both client implementations and internal solutions, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation: functional specs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA to ensure requirements are implemented as intended for both client projects and internal products.
  • Facilitate requirement reviews, sign-offs, and continuous clarification sessions with all stakeholders.
  • Support test planning and execution, including user acceptance testing (UAT), for client deliveries and internal releases.
  • Manage scope changes and maintain traceability of requirements throughout project/product lifecycles.
  • Travel to client sites to lead or assist with requirement gathering, demos, training, and go-live support.
  • Work internally to refine product features based on feedback and evolving business needs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst working on both client-facing projects and internal product teams.
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, business process modelling, and technical documentation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with clients, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and occasional internal workshops or offsites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in domains such as healthcare, telecom, BFSI, or software product development.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms, workflow automation, or AI/ML-enabled solutions.
  • Understanding of system integration, APIs, and SDLC best practices.
