Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experience Cloud skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce functionalities.
• Analyze and assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement through Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of , including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable specifications.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within Salesforce.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to Salesforce.
• Understanding of CRM best practices and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users in Salesforce environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce or business analysis are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
