This is a remote position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Identify, log, and track defects to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and end-users to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with business stakeholders.
- Ensure test coverage by creating detailed documentation and traceability matrices.
- Develop and implement automated test scripts using Salesforce and testing tools where applicable.
- Maintain test environments and create testing data as required.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process improvements in the testing lifecycle.

**Mandatory Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Salesforce Testing Expertise**: Proficient in testing Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- **Functional Testing Knowledge**: Ability to create test plans, test cases, and document results.
- **Automation Tools**: Familiarity with test automation tools for Salesforce, such as Selenium, Provar, or similar.
- **Defect Management**: Experience in logging and tracking defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
- **API Testing**: Experience with API testing for Salesforce integrations using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
- **Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- **Documentation Skills**: Ability to document test plans, results, and defect logs.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for automated testing.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
