**Role: Salesforce Senior QA**
**Duration: 6 months**
**Timings: 8 am to 3 pm ist**

Skills Must need - Consumer Goods cloud & TPM Trade Promotion Management

**Responsibilities**:Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, set and manage expectationsRequirement Analysis, Test Effort estimation, Test Design, Test execution, Defect Management and Test reportingCreate Test Plan and Test Summary ReportProvide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing.Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised.Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards.Help define test cases. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followedLiaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementationsWorking remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies. We may need you to be flexible with your work hoursInteract, communicate and follow through with development & customer teams throughout testing phaseAbility to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day to day work as needed without compromising best practices and qualityAssist in internal defect triage callsAssist customer with UAT testing as neededAssist with UAT defect triage calls

**Requirements**:

- _**Salesforce Platform testing experience**_
- _**Retail industry Experience**_
- _**TPM experience is highly desired**_
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
- Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects
- SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) a big plus
- Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices a big plus
- Ability to adapt to short sprint cycles (2 weeks)
- Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment
- Excellent communication skills required and able to work independently
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
- Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.

- Ensure adherence to standardised QA policies, processes and documentation standards.
- Help define test cases. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
- Maintain a target billable utilisation aligned to the role
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
- Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies. We may need you to be flexible with your work hours
- Interact, communicate and follow through with development & customer teams throughout testing phase
- Ability to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day to day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality
- Assist in internal defect triage calls
- Assist customer with UAT testing as needed
- Assist with UAT defect triage calls

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
