This is a remote position.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Functional Testing**:

- Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- **System Testing**:

- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce systems and workflows.
- Identify and document any defects in the system and verify fixes.
- **Integration Testing**:

- Test Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow and functionality across integrated systems.
- **Regression Testing**:

- Conduct regression testing for Salesforce updates, upgrades, or code changes.
- Ensure that new functionalities do not negatively impact existing features.
- **Test Planning and Documentation**:

- Create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Document testing procedures, findings, and recommendations.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to clarify requirements.
- Communicate testing outcomes and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.
- Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in software testing, preferably with Salesforce platforms.
- Proficiency in **functional, system, integration, and regression testing**.
- Familiarity with **automation testing tools** (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **Salesforce automation** and scripting.
- Knowledge of **Apex code** for writing custom validation logic.
- Familiarity with **Jira, TestRail, or similar testing and project management tools**.
