This is a remote position.
- Job Description
- **Test Planning and Execution**:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce-based projects.
- Create detailed defect reports and track them through resolution in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
- **Automation Testing (Optional)**:

- Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or others for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- **Integration Testing**:

- Ensure that data flows correctly across systems and perform end-to-end testing.
- **Collaboration with Development Team**:

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to validate that user stories and requirements are clear and testable.
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**:

- Support the business in UAT efforts, ensuring that the system meets user expectations and requirements.
- Validate data accuracy, workflow consistency, and proper functionality in real-world scenarios.
- **Defect Management**:

- Perform re-testing and validation of resolved defects to ensure proper fixes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
- Provide regular reports on test progress, defect status, and other key testing metrics.
- **Environment Setup and Configuration**:

- Set up test environments in Salesforce sandbox or developer environments for various testing phases.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of test data to reflect real-world usage.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
