This is a remote position.

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Conduct thorough **functional testing** and **end-to-end testing** of Salesforce Experience Cloud and New Zero Cloud implementations.
- Perform **integration testing** to ensure seamless operation across Salesforce modules and with external systems.
- Identify, document, and track **defects** and issues, coordinating with developers to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Leverage testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive testing tasks and optimize testing processes.
- Conduct **regression testing** to ensure that new changes do not impact existing functionalities.

**Required Qualifications***:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in Salesforce testing, with a focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud and New Zero Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of **Salesforce platform**, including hands-on experience with Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products.
- Proficiency in **test management tools** (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and **automation tools** (e.g., Selenium, Provar).
- Solid understanding of **testing methodologies** (functional, regression, integration, and UAT) and the **SDLC**.
- Experience with **API testing** and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.

**Preferred Skills***:

- Salesforce certifications such as **Salesforce Certified Administrator** or **Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder**.
- Experience with **Agile/Scrum methodologies**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and **communication skills**.
