**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Execute End-to-End Testing**: Perform comprehensive manual testing activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Communicate effectively with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on testing goals.
- **Test Planning and Documentation**: Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various features of the Salesforce platform.
- **Bug Reporting and Tracking**: Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools, ensuring they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- **Regression Testing**: Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new developments.
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**: Assist in the coordination and execution of UAT with business users to validate the system meets their needs and expectations.
- **Domain Expertise**: Utilize your knowledge of CRM, Contract Management, Proposal Management, Order Management, and Billing domains to enhance testing effectiveness and accuracy.
- **Customer-Facing Skills**: Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on testing progress and results.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in QA testing, particularly in the CRM/Contract Management/Proposal Management/Order Management/Billing domains, is highly desirable.
- **Salesforce Knowledge**: Proficiency in working with the Salesforce platform, including understanding of its features and functionalities.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying edge cases and potential issues.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Customer Orientation**: A proactive approach to understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
