**Critical Requirement**
- A confident Salesforce administrator who is comfortable wearing a “Business Analyst” hat. Must function as a “Subject Matter Expert” and self-sufficient communicator to offer mature recommendations to Internal Stakeholders based on their strategic intent. Thus you would be synthesizing stakeholder requirements into your own tickets, rather than having the Team Leader write the tickets. For example: “Hi Team Leader, I am getting requirements from Stakeholder X, and this is what I need to do.” - Guiding the team leader instead of asking them for the next steps.

Valid US work status or visa is a prerequisite. West Coast preferred but not a blocker.Key Qualifications-
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Do not need to write code. Work will be in declarative programming.
- Must be comfortable with Salesforce Flow Builder
- Should be able to QA code changes
- Experience building test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Experience with data migration and tools (DataLoader)
- Should be emphasizing best practices in Salesforce, Optimizing Page Layouts, Consolidating Flows
- Day to Day-
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define and document business and functional requirements for projects
- Partner with other product teams on cross-functional projects and advise on best approach for Salesforce related work
- Work independently or with a developer to build and implement solutions that meet business requirements and improve end user experience
- Responsible for QA, facilitate robust test cycles with engineers and end users
- Leverage standard Salesforce functionality and custom development to deliver creative solutions
- Working knowledge of upstream / downstream integrations and their impact on the Salesforce platform
- Troubleshoot system issues to isolate and diagnose problems for end users
- Monitor system health and performance and proactively identify system improvements
- Build for scale by designing holistically with a focus on maintainability
- Stay up to date on enhancements and upgrades to Salesforce, identify opportunities to implement features that would positively impact end users
- Create and maintain documentation such as runbooks, process and technical docs
- Maintain platform security by updating and maintaining user profiles and permissions sets
- Proven ability to work with technical and non technical teams

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms
- Basic SQL background is great
- Previous FinTech experience
- West Coast ideal but timezone not a blocker.
