Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage externally facing MIAW chatbots powered by Agentforce AI to engage users in real time.
  • Implement Prompt Templates, Answer Questions with Knowledge, and Flex Templates for contextual and dynamic AI responses.
  • Configure grounding mechanisms to ensure relevant and accurate AI responses.
  • Build API callouts from Agentforce Agents using Flows and Apex to connect with external data and services.
  • Customize and maintain Experience Cloud sites — chat integration, UI enhancements, and performance optimization.
  • Work with CSS, LWC, Apex, and JavaScript to customize chat and page experiences on Experience Cloud.
  • Utilize Data Cloud capabilities for retrievers, search indexes, and data libraries to improve AI responses and personalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, Security, and Data teams) to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • Support multilingual chatbot configurations and optimize language models for regional coverage.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and AI workflows for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

Agentforce (Primary Focus)

  • Experience building external-facing chatbots using Agentforce AI.
  • Strong understanding of Knowledge Base, Prompt Templates, Grounding, and Flex Templates.
  • Hands-on experience with Answer Questions with Knowledge feature.
  • Ability to make API callouts from Agentforce using Flow and Apex.

Experience Cloud

  • Strong knowledge of CSS, LWC, Apex, JavaScript, and site customization.
  • Experience implementing Agentforce Chat within Experience Cloud Sites (bots, AI chat interfaces).

Data Cloud (as related to Agentforce)

  • Hands-on with Search Retrievers, Data Library, and data activation for AI enablement.
  • Understanding of how Data Cloud enhances Agentforce personalization and retrieval accuracy.

Nice to Have / Preferred

  • Hands-on with multilingual Agentforce configurations.
  • Experience creating and managing multiple template types (Flex, Knowledge, Prompt).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow Orchestration and Einstein features.
  • Experience deploying AI-driven Salesforce solutions at scale.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
