Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce & Data Cloud ConsultantJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Salesforce experience with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Configure, integrate, and maintain Data Cloud for real-time data unification, segmentation, activation, and insights.
• Design and deliver Agentforce solutions to improve contact center automation, self-service, and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and training materials for users and admins.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and roadmap related to Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience (development, configuration, and administration).
• Proven expertise in Agentforce (AI-powered support automation, Service Cloud integrations).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, activation).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integration tools.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and ETL processes.
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
• Data Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified AI Specialist
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
