We are an IT consulting firm that specializes in implementations, data management, business intelligence, reporting, and support for solutions like Salesforce and Dynamics 365 CRM

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce development with strong experience designing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce applications.

In addition to Salesforce expertise, the role requires strong SQL knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications and databases, leveraging SQL.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and support data integrations.
  • Contribute to reporting and dashboards
  • Support data import, validation, and ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and documentation.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning LWC, APIs).
  • Strong expertise in SQL (queries, stored procedures, data modeling).
  • Understanding of agentic AI concepts and practical applications (preferred)
  • Experience with reporting tools will be preferred
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience in nonprofit/association/NGO sector preferred

Hours & Commitment

  • Part-time: Flexibility based on project needs.
  • Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
  • The role required availability during a major part of Eastern Time (EST) hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹1, ₹2,400.00 per hour

Experience:
