Salesforce Developer:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform data migration using tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Administrator) are an added advantage.

Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Programming Languages: Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL
  • Salesforce Technologies: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Flows, Process Builder
  • Integration Tools: REST API, SOAP API, Postman
  • Data Management Tools: Data Loader, Import Wizard
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
  • Development Tools: Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI
  • Deployment Tools: Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, Salesforce DX
  • Database: Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Relational Databases (basic understanding)

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn new Salesforce updates and technologies
  • Attention to detail and adherence to coding standards

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of other CRM systems or cloud platforms
