Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer / Admin (Freelancer) with more than 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC), and Visualforce pages as per requirements.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Create and manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Perform data management, migration, and integration tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure Salesforce best practices, code quality, and system security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Development/Admin).
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, flows, etc.).
  • Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard, etc.).
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin/Developer) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a freelance/remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Freelance

Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
