Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Communications Cloud

Experience: 5+years

Location: Remote

Mode: 6 month contract + ext.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions within the telecommunications and media industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Communications Cloud.
  • Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Specialized Expertise: Work extensively with EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Order Management to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Implementation: Lead and execute the implementation of new features and functionalities within the Salesforce platform.
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems to ensure data consistency and process automation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Best Practices: Follow Salesforce development best practices and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Core Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Order Management.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Developer certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹90, ₹120,000.00 per month
