**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers, and project managers to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on user stories and specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document detailed defects and bugs, monitor their resolution, and perform post-resolution testing.
- Utilize Salesforce sandbox environments for testing purposes, ensuring tests do not impact production data.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and ensure that new features and functionalities are tested and compliant with our business processes.
- Manage testing schedules, ensuring that testing is completed on time and within scope.
- Provide testing feedback in scrum or project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts and tools.
- Create and maintain documentation for QA processes, test plans, and test cases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in QA testing, with a significant portion dedicated to Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, features, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, or Salesforce DX) and methodologies.
- Ability to write SOQL queries and understand Apex code for testing purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Platform Developer I are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
