*Job Title: Business Analyst Intern* Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and providing insights that will help in decision-making processes across the company. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes and enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the collection and documentation of business requirements.

 Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.

 Work closely with teams to understand and define project scope and objectives.

 Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings.

 Assist in developing project plans and timelines.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects.

 Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

 Help in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

 Support in creating test plans and coordinating testing for new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Internships or academic projects related to business analysis, or process improvement.
