Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The individual will focus on attracting top talent, building the company's employer brand, and managing recruitment for Inon-IT positions. Collaboration with internal teams to understand hiring needs and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Recruitment and Hiring skills, including experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Effective Communication and Employer Branding skills to enhance the company's market position as a desirable employer
  • Proficiency in Non-IT Recruitment, with the ability to source and hire candidates for technical and non-technical positions
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the industrial or automation domain is advantageous
