As we build a best-in-class Global Talent Acquisition function we are looking for a HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition for our sites in India.

As a HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment activities for India, and we will rely on you to ensure strong execution of TA processes in the country. We would expect you to be highly independent and capable of making decisions, challenging managers and driving changes. This role is ideally based in Chennai or Pune, but we are open to other locations for the right talent.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality recruitment aligned with business needs and timelines Own the full hiring process—from briefing to final selection Create a positive, inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience Lead strategic searches to ensure timely, high-impact hires Provide data-driven insights on hiring strategies and market trends Strengthen our employer brand and talent positioning

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist in a large global company Should excel by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Deep expertise in recruitment - you consider yourself a specialist Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures in a matrix environment Effective written and oral communication skills in English. Advanced degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
