Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Intern located in Chennai. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting with full-life cycle recruiting, helping with hiring processes, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Daily tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and updating candidate records. The intern will also work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process and enhance the company's recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR internships is preferred
