About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform.
2. Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals.
3. Provide administrative support, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth communication with onboarded professionals.
4. Maintain the database, streamlining processes and cleaning up data using strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

1. End-to-end ownership in execution and problem solving.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.

4. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
5. Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
