About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who is excited to work in a fast-evolving, AI-powered sales environment. This role blends traditional sales expertise with the ability to leverage modern sales technologies. The right candidate will be skilled at building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue while using AI-driven tools to streamline outreach, data management, and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospects using CRM and AI-enabled lead generation platforms.
- Drive personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Manage follow-up communications using automated scheduling and workflow tools.
- Utilize AI-based insights and analytics to prioritize leads and guide the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and account growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, maintaining trust beyond initial sales.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive activity, and new technologies impacting sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C markets, ideally in SaaS, technology, or digital services.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience using modern sales tools for prospecting, email campaigns, or data enrichment is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve sales performance.
