The Role

We're looking for a Talent Agents who knows this industry inside out, not just how it moves, but why it moves.

You'll be managing the careers of top actors, but more than that, you'll be unlocking new opportunities : brand campaigns, scripts, OTT deals, endorsements, and everything in between. You should be able to hold a room, read between the lines, close a contract, and fight for what your talent deserves.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the lead point of contact for a roster of actors. A mix of rising stars and household names

Identify, pitch, and close strategic brand and platform partnerships that align with your talent's trajectory.

Negotiate like a pro. Whether it's a brand campaign or an OTT lead role

Build real relationships across the ecosystem — casting heads, brand teams, agencies, platforms, publicists, stylists, and more

Stay on top of industry movement — who's casting what, what's trending, what's next

Manage schedules, campaigns, content shoots, PR requests, and everything that keeps the engine running smoothly

Bring in new opportunities and not just for your talent, but for the agency

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in talent or celebrity management (actors preferred)

A solid network in the entertainment and brand world

Someone who's already handled high-pressure shoots, last-minute campaigns, tricky negotiations and kept it cool

Fluent in Bollywood and digital culture. The stories, the stars, the shifts

Excellent at communication, even better at listening

Knows when to be firm, and when to be flexible

Business instinct: can spot an opportunity before it becomes one

Bonus Points

You've pitched and closed brand deals yourself.

You've worked closely with casting teams, production houses, or streaming platforms.

You've been called a hustler, of course in the best way possible
