Role and Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual for the position of Sea Export Pricing in our Mumbai office. The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Conducting freight negotiations with carriers for existing and new customers.
  • Acquiring new customers to expand our client base.
  • Nominating overseas agents to enhance our global network.
  • Ensuring all mandatory details required for shipments are shared accurately.
  • Preparing and sending quotations to the clients.
  • Negotiating with overseas agents and co-loaders to optimize pricing.
  • Tracking the closure and conversion of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Gathering client feedback and taking appropriate actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Freight Forwarding industry. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in freight negotiations, pricing, and customer acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
