We are looking for an experienced FBNA Reporting Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Finance Business Needs Analysis (FBNA), financial reporting, and dashboard management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Power BI reporting and stakeholder engagement with senior business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality financial dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver insightful reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity in all financial reports and analytics.
  • Support decision-making by presenting financial insights and performance metrics.
  • Challenge conventional ideas and propose innovative reporting solutions for continuous improvement.

Core Skills Required:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on FBNA experience.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, dashboard creation, and Power BI.
  • Strong exposure to stakeholder management and business-facing roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
