What You'll Do

As our HR Manager, you will be the heart of our people operations, managing the full employee lifecycle. Your role will be critical in attracting, retaining, and developing the talent that drives our success.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers, ensuring we hire the best talent to join our team.

Onboarding: Create and manage a seamless onboarding experience that welcomes new hires and gets them ready for success.

Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee records, and ensure all HR processes are in compliance with labor laws.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, handling questions, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.

Benefits & Vendor Management: Act as the point of contact for employee insurance, PF, PT, and other third-party vendors to ensure the HR function effectively supports the organization.

Performance Management: Facilitate and manage periodic performance reviews and work closely with employee managers to improve the performance of all employees across the company.

Policy Development: Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR function and leadership to ensure a structured and fair work environment.

Who You Are

You have at least 5 years of proven HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment and a generalist understanding of all core HR functions.

You have worked in a startup, or a small to medium-sized company, where you've had to be adaptable and manage a wide range of responsibilities.

You are a proactive and self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You are an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people.

The Details

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from our office in Bellandur, with the flexibility to work from home on Saturdays.

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru.
