Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
  • Create job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize candidates with management.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, portals, and referrals.
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and attendance.
  • Oversee payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for salary processing.
  • Manage leaves, attendance policies, and statutory compliances.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed correctly.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Promote a positive and performance-driven work culture.

4. Performance Management

  • Drive performance appraisal cycles.
  • Work with department heads to identify training needs and development plans.
  • Implement KPI/KRA-based evaluation systems.

5. HR Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  • Manage audits and HR documentation as per statutory requirements.

6. Leadership & Strategy

  • Provide HR insights to management for better decision-making.
  • Develop HR strategies to support company growth.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment & HR operations.
  • Good understanding of HR laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems.
