Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Create job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize candidates with management.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, portals, and referrals.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and attendance.
- Oversee payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for salary processing.
- Manage leaves, attendance policies, and statutory compliances.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed correctly.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Promote a positive and performance-driven work culture.
4. Performance Management
- Drive performance appraisal cycles.
- Work with department heads to identify training needs and development plans.
- Implement KPI/KRA-based evaluation systems.
5. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
- Manage audits and HR documentation as per statutory requirements.
6. Leadership & Strategy
- Provide HR insights to management for better decision-making.
- Develop HR strategies to support company growth.
- Lead and mentor HR team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment & HR operations.
- Good understanding of HR laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and team leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems.
