About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations – Backend professional to manage HR documentation, agreements, and official email communications. The role requires strong drafting skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential employee and client information.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage HR-related agreements (offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, contracts, extensions, exit documents, etc.)
- Handle professional email drafting and communication with employees, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and manage employee records, agreements, and documentation databases
- Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, legal, and operations teams for documentation requirements
- Ensure timely execution, tracking, and renewal of agreements
- Support onboarding and exit documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR records
- Assist in HR audits and internal documentation checks
- Provide backend HR operations support as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Backend / Documentation role
- Excellent email drafting and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation and agreement processes
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and HR systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Good to Have
- Experience working with legal or compliance teams
- Exposure to staffing or consulting industry
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance (region-specific)
- Experience with HRMS or document management systems
