Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily logistics operations, managing a team to ensure the efficient movement of goods, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing best practices, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
