Job description

Position: Vehicle Integration Engineer/Team Lead

Qualification: Dip/B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Automobile (Full Time only)

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs in Vehicle Integration domain design & development experience from BUS and Heavy Truck Electric vehicle OEM.

Job Location: Chakan, Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days

Are you an experienced automotive engineer with hands-on knowledge in vehicle architecture and integration? We're looking for a Vehicle Integration Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a wide range of commercial vehicle project

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

·      DMU Integration, Vehicle Architecture, System-level knowledge

·      Expertise in CAD Tool- CREO modeling, Assembly & Drafting

·      Creation and maintenance of the entire project BOM

·      DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM, DVP

·      Validation & Homologation/Certification processes

·      Vehicle Calculations – RAW/FAW, CG

·      Concern handling (RCA, ICA, PCA – Proto Build, Validation, Plant Build)

·      Preferred Experience in BUS & Heavy Commercial Vehicles like Trucks
