Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive (International) located in Chennai. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, managing accounts, and utilizing analytical skills to improve customer experiences. You will work closely with clients, understand their needs, and ensure that our software solutions meet their business goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Onboarding, Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build relationships
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
