Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Pitching & Closing: Present services confidently and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals through consistent follow-ups and conversions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline with daily tracking and reporting.
  • Inbound Queries & Conversions: Handle inquiries, explain offerings, and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Product Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of our services to deliver effective pitches.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • 0 - 2 years experience in Sales / BDE(freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-focused.
