Key Responsibilities
Business Development Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Pitching & Closing: Present services confidently and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals through consistent follow-ups and conversions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline with daily tracking and reporting.
- Inbound Queries & Conversions: Handle inquiries, explain offerings, and ensure high conversion rates.
- Product Expertise: Develop strong knowledge of our services to deliver effective pitches.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (any stream).
- 0 - 2 years experience in Sales / BDE(freshers welcome).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-focused.
