Our operations are expanding in India, and we're looking for a
Part-Time Operations Head

to oversee daily workflow, team coordination, and delivery processes from our Tirupati location.

Role Overview

As the
Part-Time Operations Head

, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of Constacure's operations team, ensuring client deliverables are met on time, and maintaining smooth communication between the management (Hyderabad) and ground staff (Tirupati).

You will act as the bridge between the
operations

,
HR

, and
management

teams, ensuring that the standards of quality, timeliness, and compliance are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities

Team Oversight & Performance

  • Supervise the operations and production teams at the Tirupati office.
  • Ensure work allocation, shift schedules, and deliverables are on track.
  • Support hiring, training, and evaluation of new recruits.

Process Management

  • Monitor key workflows (medical coding, billing, claim processing).
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with US healthcare standards and company SOPs.

Client Coordination

  • Liaise with the Hyderabad management team on ongoing client projects.
  • Track daily performance reports and submit weekly summaries.
  • Ensure project SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met.

Operational Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards for daily productivity and error tracking.
  • Escalate bottlenecks or operational issues in real time.

Culture & Communication

  • Build a healthy, accountable work culture within the Tirupati team.
  • Be available part-time (preferably 4–5 hours/day) for in-office supervision and online coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in
    operations management

(preferably in healthcare, BPO, or RCM sectors).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and coordination ability.
- Familiarity with
medical billing/coding

workflow is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage hybrid or remote team structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
