Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Operation Head in Hyderabad. The COO will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing day-to-day activities, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring efficient financial management.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage administrative, clinical, and support staff for optimal performance.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
- Business Planning and Operations Management skills
- Analytical Skills.
- Finance and Budgeting expertise.
- Experience in strategic decision-making and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the healthcare
clinical
industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
