About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and energetic Offline Sales Agent who thrives in the field. The role focuses on exploring, activating, and converting new offline sources of lead generation — from hyperlocal marketing initiatives to on-ground partnerships and brand activations. You'll be the face of our brand in local markets, driving awareness, engagement, and conversions through creative offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate offline lead generation sources, including hyperlocal channels, community networks, and local area partnerships.
- Execute on-ground marketing activities such as events, flyers, kiosks, and brand stalls to generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, institutions, and influencers for partnership opportunities.
- Regularly visit target areas to identify high-potential zones for outreach and branding.
- Support offline branding efforts and contribute creative ideas to increase local visibility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of leads generated through offline channels
- Percentage of leads attending appointments
- Conversion rate from offline leads
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in offline sales, field marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Kannada knowledge is preferred.
- Good understanding of local markets and comfort with on-ground execution.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
