About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven
    Lead Generation Executive
    to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong research skills, the ability to identify qualified prospects, and an understanding of how to build meaningful engagement.
  • You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with accurate and timely prospect insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads across digital platforms, databases, and industry networks.
  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and targeted campaigns.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and assign them to the business development/sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM tools.
  • Conduct follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and informed.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Analyze lead-generation performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Assist in identifying new markets, audiences, and outreach opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, lead funnels, and outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Excellent research skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and meet daily/weekly targets.

Preferred Qualities

  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or tele-calling.
  • Experience in working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Understanding of prospecting, cold outreach, and B2B lead models.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to think strategically and take initiative.
