Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Marketing and Business Growth Executive** to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and expand business opportunities for our design and construction services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying potential projects and collaborations that contribute to the company's growth
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Marketing & Branding**
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote design and construction services.
* Create marketing materials such as brochures, project presentations, and social media content.
* Manage company presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
* Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Analyz e market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
**Business Development & Client Relations**
* Identify and approach potential clients including architects, developers, corporates, and homeowners.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and capability decks.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into successful projects.
* Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
* Support in preparing tender documents and project bids.
**Growth Strategy**
* Collaborate with management to define business growth targets and expansion plans.
* Track and report marketing and sales performance metrics.
* Explore partnerships and collaborations with interior designers, contractors, and real estate firms.
* Contribute creative ideas for promotional activities and project showcases.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client servicing (preferably in design, architecture, or construction industry).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,817.79 per month
