About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our interior design services and generate new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for client outreach, lead generation, and supporting marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients such as developers, builders, corporates, and individual homeowners.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth communication between clients and design teams.
  • Track sales performance and submit weekly reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing or sales (interior design/real estate industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong field marketing abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
