
Senior Business Development Manager

Thirsty Crow Marketing Services (TTC) is a creative-led marketing agency that helps brands tell compelling stories through content, campaigns, and curated experiences. We're looking for a driven and dynamic individual to join our team and help grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners to expand Thirsty Crow's footprint.
- Effectively pitch Thirsty Crow's suite of services—including brand storytelling, content strategy, lead generation campaigns, digital marketing, and curated events like roundtables and webinars.
- Develop customised presentations and proposals that align with client goals and showcase the value of our offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful delivery of services.
- Maintain and track the sales funnel, follow up on leads, and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Represent Thirsty Crow at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing—preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700, ₹800,000.00 per year
