Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role to spearhead our business development efforts. You'll be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, service presentations, and managing the entire sales cycle. This role is essential in helping us expand our customer base, hit revenue targets, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns across various industries.
- Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and pitch tailored IT/AI solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Develop strategies to engage key client profiles.
- Consistently achieve lead generation and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed on company offerings and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency mandatory).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-focused.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and cold outreach strategies.
- Understanding of software/IT services and client pain points.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
