**Job Role**

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Training Sales Executive** to join our team. Whether you are a fresher eager to build a career in sales or an experienced professional in business development, this role offers a great opportunity to grow while helping organizations access world-class training solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, HR/L&D departments, training managers).
- Promote and sell our portfolio of training programs and workshops.
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate training solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery of training programs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Management preferred but not mandatory).
- Fresher with excellent communication and persuasion skills OR experienced in sales/business development (preferably in training/education/HR solutions).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in achieving results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
